Description

  • Two turriform, marine snail shells. The shells are dark brown in color. The intact shell has eleven whorls while the damaged shell shows only eight whorls
  • both have shallow sutures. The shells have thin lips and are adorned with large, upward pointing spines that become smaller as the whorls approach the apices. The shells are dextral with oval shaped apertures.
