Letter from Philip E. Porcher to H. H. Withers. Porcher was an alumni of South Carolina College from the class of 1847. He was writing the Alumni Association to see if he could purchase a Catalog of the Alumni of South Carolina College. Withers was an alumni of the college. Porcher asked Withers to let him know if he could purchase the book and if so how much would it be.
