Description

Two oval-shaped freshwater mussel valves which comprise one complete specimen. The exterior of the valves are brown to dark brown with black markings and are covered in deep growth lines that radiate from the hinge of the shell. The interior of the shells are white in color with a faint glossy iridescent hue.
