Two freshwater valves comprising one complete mussel. The exteriors of the valves are a dark brown that reaches an off-white color near the hinge. Covering the exteriors of the valves are thin growth lines and radiating horizontal striations. The interior of the valves are a silver off-white color with an iridescent hue.
