Description

One lenticular, marine snail shell. The shell is dark gray to nearly black in color with four whorls and slightly raised striae appearing vertically up the whorls. A black band (possibly a stain) appears on the body whorl. The apertural side is cream and dark purple with and emerald green spot at the closed umbilicus. The shell is dextral with a ""D"" shaped aperture.
